If you encounter any problems, here are the recommended troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure the microphone battery is charged and the microphone LCD display is turned on.
2. Check that the two microphones are on the "CHA" and "CHB" channels, respectively.
3. Re-pair the microphone and receiver: Turn off the microphone and receiver, unscrew the microphone battery cover, then press and hold the power button and channel adjustment button simultaneously until the antenna icon on the LCD screen flashes. Turn on the receiver microphone within 2 seconds to successfully re-pair.

To adjust the microphone 'CHA' and 'CHB' channels: 1. Turn on the microphone and unscrew the battery cover. 2. Press and hold the power button and channel adjustment button (HILO) until the microphone displays 'CHA' and 'CHB'. 3. Press the Channel Adjustment button (HILO) 3 times to adjust the 'CHA' and 'CHB' channels.
